Josh
Josh reached out at his lowest point. When we first started the goal was weight loss. Goal Achieved.
We sat down, talked about what worked, what didn't & how we will shed some pounds. 100 POUNDS LOST!
Mission accomplished. Josh is now excited to take his new knowledge and keep making progress while ALWAYS CHANGING!

George
George is a perfect example of someone who had a great foundation to start. But once the proper nutrition, training & accountability is set in place. Plateaus are broken through with ease.

Pat
Pat wanted to put on some quality muscle and by the looks of it. Mission accomplished. He was already motivated to start. Motivation will only get you so far.
The accountability is what really set the results. he just needed the structure & guidance in the right direction.

Amr
Amr’s goal was to lost some fat while keeping the hard earned muscle. That is exactly what we did for him. Shred the layers of fat while controlling certain variables such as meal timing, recovery & intensity. The right guidance will lead to the right results!
